This is a 78 RPM  RPM on MGM 9022 Canadian issue

Visually shellac is a   glossy VG+ and better    with a few minor  scuff marks  and a few light  hairline scratches

Play graded on my Magnavox 78 RPM Record Demonstrator , sound is loud and clean.
