RECORDING/GRADING INFORMATION
All mp3s taken directly from record being auction. I use an ION profile pro USB turntable.
All recordings are unadulterated and directly transferred to MP3 format.
I prefer capturing mp3s with this turntable for a number of reasons. One the stylus is not too expensive to replace and I
do so frequently. Second, the ultra-light tone arm it picks up quickly on any tracking issues the vinyl may have; there is absolutely no anti-skate feature with this turntable so any questionable anomalies present themselves readily.Third, due to the very nature of "digital players" sound quality is challenged from the start.
if you appreciate the quality of the recording your hearing captured through my Ion system, you will love hearing it played through yours.
PLEASE NOTE: I also do not presently own a professional cleaning system; many albums will improve with such a deep cleaning.
Visual grading based on Goldmine standard.
Bottom Line: I strive to always give the fairest, and most accurate representation of all my records.
I'd much rather be a bit under-graded and have a happy repeat customer, than overly optimistic
and have you not return.
