RARE and HARD-TO-FIND Motown Records very first Stereo press released, made and distributed in Chile in 1976 by Discos Banglad (Banglad Records), catalog number TML-203-S, with hand etched matrix numbers TML-203-S-A EB-C in Side A and TML-203-S-B EB-CD in Side B, with traditional blue/silver Motown- Banglad Records labels. It’s interesting to notice that in the deadwax of both sides it’s etched the exact day of pressing, “26-11-76” (November 26th of 1976). Yes, Sirs, ANOTHER FIND from Chile!!! Nice rarity for all The Jackson 4 and Michael Jackson lovers, fans and collectors!!!

“Dancing Machine” was released as a single in 1974, taken from the 1973 album “Get It Together” but we had to wait until 1976 to see this single released here in Chile and taken from the album “Dancing Machine” (originally released in USA in 1974 in USA and in 1976 in Chile). You can also notice a little difference in the design of Motown label that you can see and compare in this link: https://www.discogs.com/es/Jackson-5-Dancing-Machine/release/2440117. But the most important is that here in Chile we got this single with “Dancing Machine” in both sides and in both sides it’s informed the song is taken from the LP “Dancing Machine”, but song in Side A has a play time of “2:41” minutes, the same play time informed in the LP, but the play time in Side B is “3:12” minutes, which makes this single UNIQUE!!! Song titles are written in English only, with full credits for songwriters and play time of each song. So, here you have the chance to get and own this MEGARARE single “Dancing Machine” by The Jackson 5 ONLY RELEASED IN CHILE, rarely seen and maybe auctioned in eBay by the very first time!!! WOW!!! A MUST TO HAVE!!!

This record doesn’t have a cover. The record is in EX or EX+ condition both sides, glossy and clean, with minimal scuffs and some occasional light scratches, hard to see at first sight, which don’t affect play at all. Labels on both sides are in great NM- or NM condition, clean and clear, with only minimal spindle hole wear. The sound is the best surprise, it’s in absolute EX+ or NM- condition both sides, loud, clear and clean, no background noise (surface noise is normal in records from Chile), with only minimal crackles here and there barely audible and more “evident” in the last seconds of each song, which of course don’t cause any distraction from the great sound this record from the beginning to the end. Overall, this is a great record in this MEGARARE PRESS with a very nice look, almost immaculate labels and still amazing sound quality after more than 40 years which shouldn’t disappoint anyone!!! And don’t forget the UNIQUE DESIGN of Motown labels and the fact this is an UNIQUE PRESS RELEASED ONLY IN CHILE, a record almost never seen!!! Yes, Sirs, what a FIND!!! We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

We have an unique value worldwide:

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending on thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

GBP10 for one 7” record

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.

We don’t have anything to hide and we know the buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first. But we know that’s not fair for buyers. So, we leave feedback immediately after to receive the payment, because we understand that’s the part that buyers must receive feedback for.
