Disco incredibilmente raro, forse un'unica copia dell'album dei JACKSONS (1977), intitolato "Goin' Places". Questo non è un bootleg!  La musica sui solchi riproduce pari pari l'album Goin' Places dei Jacksons ma il picture raffigura l'album degli Starcastle intitolato Citadel (gruppo di rock progressive USA). Il numero di catalogo è quello dei Jacksons (34835), e non degli Starcastle (34935). Davvero uno strano e raro pezzo. Mai visto prima su POPSIKE o COLLECTORSFRENZY. Molto probabilmente, durante la fase di stampa, devono aver invertito i processi (Jacksons al posto di Starcastle). Ed infatti, la label dei due gruppi era la stessa (EPIC) così come l'anno di produzione (1977). Generalmente, quando si verificava un errore del genere, le copie sbagliate venivano prontamente distrutte, ma questo pezzo - forse unico - è incredibilmente sopravvissuto.  Quindi, ecco la vostra occasione di ottenere un pezzo unico per la vostra collezione di Michael Jackson o degli Jacksons/Jackson 5.
English Here for sale is an incredible, maybe a one-off copy of a JACKSONS mispressing picture disc of their 1977 album GOIN' PLACES. 
This is not a bootleg! 
The picture in actually for the Starcastle album CITADEL (a progressive rock band formed in Champaign, Illinois), from the same label Epic and same year (1977), though the music on the grooves is from the GOIN' PLACES Jacksons record.
The Matrix # and catalog number seems to be correct for the GOIN' PLACES Jacksons picture disc (34835), and not for theCITADEL Starcastle (34935).
Really a strange and rare one.
Never seen before on POPSIKE or COLLECTORSFRENZY. 
Most likely, during pressing operation the stampers had been swap for a while. When this happens, usually wrong copies are promptly destroyed, but actually this one survived. Therefore, here's your chance to get a unique piece for yourJacksons collection (or Starcastle collection, of course).

Released in October 18, 1977, Goin' Places is considered their lowest-selling album next to 2300 Jackson Street. The album peaked at #63 on theBillboard 200, and at #11 on the Billboard R&B albums chart and sold over half a million copies worldwide. Goin' Places did spawn the disco-hit "Different Kind of Lady" written by the group. The song gave the brothers the confidence to write and produce an entire album by themselves. A US 9-track vinyl PICTURE DISC of Goin' Places was edited in a very rare limited edition, featuring the full colour "petrol pump" image, housed in a die-cut card sleeve with tracklisting on the reverse. According with POPSIKE and COLLECTORSFRENZY sites, it is priced around $ 100. How may be worth a copy of a mispressing edition of the same picture disc, featuring another image on the cover?
