This record is in excellent condition. It does have some faint spindle marks visible on the labels but no pen marks, scuffs or fading. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are in good shape with just the spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything remotely serious and overall are very clean. There is a couple of light lines visible in normal light on both sides but nothing sinister, deep or remotely serious as I say. So overall a used record with light signs of use but no nasty scuffs, serious marks or blemishes and a lovely vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it played really well with superb audio throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is just the slightest amount of upward movement in the record arm. This is really minor however and of course has no affect on the audio produced which is excellent throughout both sides as I say. Its crisp, dynamic and really clear with only the most miniscule trace of surface noise or interference between tracks and in the run in. There are no skips, sticks, clicks or any other serious issues and it was a thoroughly enjoyable play test that more than did this classic album justice.
The sleeve is in excellent condition. It has some light wear/rubbing to the edges and corners(pics), but nothing severe. The text on the spine is easily legible with no major rubbing but the front bottom left corner shows the heaviest of any wear. Despite this fairly mild edge wear the sleeve is rock solid and there are no weak areas anywhere and of course no splits. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and only slight minor creasing and mild ring marks showing. There is the most minor hint of age related grubbiness or discolouring in places and a couple of indentations but nothing major at all. Overall a solid sleeve with no serious issues to report, just some slight age related wear all round. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible to its condition.
It contains its original plain white poly-lined inner in excellent condition with no problems such as splits, tears or pen marks but some light creasing and mild discolouring. There is also a number stamped on one side in the top right corner.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
