If you win any of our auctions, then you do have to pay for them. You can see that you have bid on something, both on screen and in your e-mail inbox, so please don’t try to say you made a mistake, as we have had happen a couple of times recently, as we will file a NPB to claim our fees back, and you will then get a non-paying bidder strike against your profile, which in many cases blocks you from bidding on other auctions.
We cannot always get to the Post Office the day you win as we work - it might be a couple of days - so please bear this in mind. If possible, we post the same day or the day after. Any problems, contact us first, as we do try our utmost to sort out. Feedback will be mirrored. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if Royal Mail is slow with your item - the date on the postage label shows you when we posted it.
International wins – PayPal only – no exceptions.
Our postage charges include not only the cost of the stamps, but the packaging materials, time to pack and travel costs to the Post Office - all as per Ebay guidelines. We always obtain a Certificate of Posting, which we can send to you in the event of a claim.
Happy to combine postage if more than one item is purchased - wait for invoice before paying. If you have your eye on a couple of items that finish a few days apart, let us know that you are watching something else and you will be paying once other auctions have finished, that way, we’re not waiting to get something posted out or wondering if you are going to pay.
Photos – they’re not much cop on the small screen, so if you do want to have a look at something from a different angle etc, use Ask Seller A Question, and we will try our best to help. We normally check our e-mails every day, and try to answer any queries the same day.
