THE JAYHAWKS "HOLLYWOOD TOWN HALL" 12" VINYL LP RECORD (UK 1st PRESS) 1992 with PROMO PHOTO and FLYER
Released on Def American Recordings, 512 986-1 in 1992. Comes with with black and white picture inner sleeve with credits and notes by Joe Henry.
This is the original first European pressing ("Made in Germany"). I bought this album new in 1992.
This copy comes with a colour flyer for the album and the single "Waiting For The Sun". Also contains an official Def American promo photo which has been defaced (see pic). I have vague memories of this being done by the band when I saw them in London in 1992, however my memories of the 90s are very sketchy so this may not be the case at all!
Vinyl: VERY GOOD (VG) All tracks play great apart from track one on side 2 ("Sister Cry") which has a scratch although this looks a lot worse than it sounds. I've listened through the whole track and there is a small click which isn't consistent through the whole track and certainly doesn't ruin your enjoyment of it. The track does not jump.
Sleeve: EXCELLENT (EX) some light wear.
Inner sleeve: EXCELLENT (EX) some light wear.
Photo: VERY GOOD (VG) a small stain down the white area on the right hand side - not on the photo itself. As stated above, the photo has been defaced (possibly by members of the band).
Flyer: EXCELLENT (EX) some light wear.
