The record has minimal light surface marks and minimal light paper scuffs(all superficial marks). Both labels have the very faintest of spindle marks. It grades excellent condition.
The flip-back sleeve has some edge wear(there is a 2 inch split in the middle of the bottom edge and there is the start of a 1 inch split in the middle of the spine - see pictures). There is some corner wear with a small 10mm tear on the bottom right corner going from the opening inwards. Some ring wear wear/rubbing/fingerprint marks. There is some yellowing/marks on the back(see picture).It grades a strong good to very good condition.
