Description

Absolutely beautiful copy of the original 1957 first pressing of the Johnny Smith Foursome LP on Royal Roost RLP-2223. One of the all-time greats of jazz guitar, and one of his most mind-blowing recordings. Truly incredible. And an incredible copy! The disc is very nearly pristine and plays just about flawlessly and spectacularly. There are a couple of extremely light superficial scuffs but barely. Really a beautiful disc. The cover has a seam split across most of the top edge, and some fraying along the spine, but is actually in pretty lovey shape as well. It is still shiny and clean, with very little to detract from the wonderful look of the graphic. A little staining at the top on the back but not much. Really a beautiful copy altogether, with a gorgeous disc. Hard to beat.
