- Initially released in February, 2011 as a download, this version was released in May of the same year, by Ticker Tape Ltd..
- This is the eighth studio album from Radiohead. Recorded between May, 2009 and January, 2011, at the home of Drew Barrymore, Los Angeles, and Radiohead's studio, in Oxfordshire,
- Produced by Nigel Godrich
- This version is known as 'The Newspaper Album'
- The band is Thom Yorke, Colin and Jonny Greenwood, Philip Selway and Ed O'Brien. Additional musicians are:- Noel Langley and Yazz Ahmed (both flugelhorn) on 'Bloom' and 'Codex' with the London Telefilmonic Orchestra strings on 'Codex' (conductor, Robert Ziegler, leader, Levine Andrade)
- The package consists of the following:-
- Two clear 10" vinyl records in a purpose-built PEFC certified record sleeve.
- A compact disc of the album, in a PEFC certified cardsleeve.

- A newspaper containing art and texts (newspaper is approximately 30% recycled material).
- A full-colour piece of oxo-biodegradable plastic film holds it all together.
- The Newspaper edition came with a digital download (although I can't find the code anywhere, and it was probably for 'one time only' use).
- The artwork was created by Thom Yorke and Stanley Donwood (credited as Zachariah Wildwood and Donald Twain)
- The record sleeve and the CD sleeve have a full track listing on their rear, as does the back page of the 'newspaper'.
