With Lyric Sheet
Outer-Box is in Good Condition as seen in photo (light wear to edges and 'yellowing' as expected due to age)
(Please Note: Not an expert grader - I will give honest description of any flaws to record or packaging.
Two tape tears to bottom left-hand corner of back cover, small 1" tear/wear section back cover top right, small 'bubbling' to top-left hand corner of the front cover in middle of title.
Small sticker to bottom right-hand corner used by previous owner to catalogue his collection
International postage contains extra charges for items to be sent signed for so the sale is protected by Ebay!
All records will be securly packaged to ensure no damage in transit.
