THE KINKS – Arthur or Decline/Fall of British Empire 1969 US1st Ed, Insert VG+ Santa Maria Pressing
Gatefold sleeve.
Includes a folded, die-cut insert with colour illustration of Queen Victoria on one side, lyrics on the other, and 'PULL' tab at top. - Two-tone orange and tan steamship style labels.
Earliest issues come with Reprise 'Makers of Fine Music' company inner sleeve with image of brass band, in use ca.1968–69. (included)
