I have collected records since I was very young, however Iincreasingly I have realised that I have far too many, and soI have been slowly trying to rationalise my extensive collection over the years, I have sold many major rarities over the years, from major BEATLES and 60s rarities, through PUNK and PROG ROCK, CLASSICAL and BLUES. Basically I've had alot of very rare records and in dribs and drabs have sold them off. I've never had negative feedback, and had many repeat customers.
I will only post completely insured and tracked.
All singles come with the sleeves they're pictured with, I don't use repros,so if it's with what looks like an original sleeve, it is an original sleeve!
Here we have a rare example of something that happened to a few of the more successful 1960s British bands, whereby their UK record company pressed a very limited number of records for sale exclusively overseas, which means that collectors of the UK singles pay a premiumas they try to track down these more elusive "UK" records! Autumn Almanac was release in the UK, but with a different B-side,and David Watts was only available either on LP,or the exceedingly elusive "THE KINKS" EP in the UK. These were sometimes sold overseas in picture sleeves (which was much more common place on the continent at the time) as in this case! Record Condition: VG+ a really nice strong one! Just a few very light surface marks visible when angled into strong,direct light in an otherwise darkened room, nothing to detract audibly. Wonderful audio! Labels Condition: VG the David Watts side is at least VG+, completely free from graffiti, stains, stickers, tears etc. just a little ring wear. The A-side is just the same,except for an unfortunate drop of liquid which, as anyone who knows these incredibly deliacte late 60spale blue Pye labels will attest, can cause some frustrating, running of the dye, and therefore lightening of the area that looses the dye,as has happened on the bottom-right prong of the central disc on this A-side label!
Sleeve Condition: VG actually signifficantly higher than this as it is reallycrisp,but for the fact that the band members names and the band name has been written neatly over the band name on the front cover,and there is a very slight (1") wear-through beginning along the lower edge. Other than that really well looked after and very crisp!
