Description

Here for sale is the VERY RARE ALBUM  by THE KINKS  titled * SOMETHING ELSE BY THE KINKS *. This is an ORIGINAL UK 1st STEREO PRESSING released on the PYE RECORD LABEL in 1967, catalogue No: NSPL 18193. MATRIX NUMBERS Side 1: NSPL18193 A-1 and side 2: NSPL 18193 B-2 The condition of the MATT SILVER FLIP-BACK SLEEVE is EX+ all flipbacks in place NO TEARS, NO WRITING and CLEAN, the LABELS are Ex with a few spindle marks and the THICK VINYL is EX+ NO SCRATCHES just the normal PAPER REMOVAL MARKS. I've just played this album and it sounds stunning the spindle marks belie the QUALITY of the PLAYBACK!!!!! I have recently seen a MONO VERSION of this album sell for over £500 on EBAY. This is indeed a great copy,  NO surface noise between tracks, NO CLICKS, NO CRACKLE,  just pure KINKS great stuff DON'T MISS THIS ONE you will not be disappointed!!!! A very hard album to find in this fantastic condition, there is however one very strange thing, I don't know why but it has A MONO SLEEVE possibly a MISTAKE or they were sent out  in a MONO SLEEVE with STEREO STICKER which is not on this copy. (SEE PHOTOS) WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!!!.  for some reason the camera does not PHOTOGRAPH  RED or PINK very well and the labels look much better than they appear here.
