RECORD CONDITION: G+ (Some mild hairlines and little light scratchings which do not affect the sound quality)

SLEEVE CONDITION: G+ ( Creases, mild wear, little light wet stains along the right-front/ left-back edges, and at the back. A couple of tiny torn bits along the edge. Some initials along the top edge both front and back. NO torn bits, NO edge slips. See pics please)
