Description
On offer in this lot is a real rarity for any avid Kinks collector! This is the first single the band released back in 1964 - "Long Tall Sally" backed with a Kinks original entitled "I Took My Baby Home" This record was obtained at Allen Bros in Aintree (as the sleeve has the name stamped onto it) and is in great condition. There are slight marks on the b side, but this does not impair the sound of the record. Both sides play fantastically, but on the paper inner section on the b side there are slight markings done with ink. (Again, this is not large and only affects a small section!)
The serial number found on the record is: 7N.15611 (with a sub number of 45.XX.1611-A)
As stated earlier, this is a real find and a great addition to any Kinks or general 60s collection!
