RECORD packaging and shipping method:  I am a record collector who understands the importance of securely packing records. I always pad the package well to prevent shifting during transit.  I also use industry-standard shipping boxes which are specifically designed for shipping records.

Here's a rare and very nice copy of The Knight Brothers single LOVE and Margaret on the Checker (sliver print on maroon) label.  Please read below for more detailed information.

The vinyl: VG++  (read below / listen)
Record is as the pictures show. I've cleaned the record carefully and thoroughly. Nice shine on the vinyl as the pictures show. The vinyl has some very light marks as well as some very light sleeve scuffs, but overall the vinyl looks very nice, above a VG+ grade in my opinion. No marks were detectable to the touch and none inhibited play whatsoever on my setup. No skips of course. I have listened to both sides of the record and recorded it to disk, a link to digital file can be made available to the winning bidder if desired. The record looks exactly as the pictures on the left show...  It sounds exactly as the mp3 file plays below. 

The actual, unedited sound file below is provided by my Yamaha P-520 Direct Drive TT with Digitrac 280E cartridge @ 1.5 grams /// I can't guarantee the record will sound exactly like the file below since all turntables are equipped differently.

The labels are in VG++ to NM- condition
The many pictures here show the labels accurately.  Not a mark on the labels, no scuffing to note. A plain sleeve will accompany the record.

In my humble opinion, this is a very nice copy of this relatively rare 45.  Some small flaws exist, but it sounds fantastic, just as these original pressings should.

GRADING:
I will have the Goldmine Standard in mind when grading but will be taking plenty of pictures to represent the records condition. Any items having multiple condition grades: First grade is vinyl, second is the sleeve.

Here are grading abbreviations I may use:

"Goldmine Standard" grading:

SS = Still Sealed
Never opened. Any flaws (torn shrinkrwrap, creasing) will be indicated in the description.

NM- = Near Mint Minus
Has been opened, but is still flawless
with no damage whatsoever.

VG+ = Very Good Plus
- Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the begining is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless.
- Cover: May only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
