Brand new 14-track MONO vinyl LP—only 500 copies pressed!
The La De Da's formed in the early 60s in Te Atatu, West Auckland, New Zealand, originally as The Mergers. Known for their RnB-styled raucous performances, they issued a number of killer 45s and 2 LPs before relocating to Australia in the late 60s, and pursuing a more progressive rock direction. This, their 2nd LP, was originally issued in 1967, and features a great mix of originals and covers (Artwoods, Spencer Davis Group, Ray Charles etc); this edition also includes 2 bonus tracks taken from their crazy-rare "Stu-Pid-I-Ty" EP.
