Description

The Lana Sisters
Dusty Springfield
The Lana Sisters were formed by Riss Chantelle in 1958 with
Lynne Abrams. Dusty (real name Mary O'Brien) saw an ad for 
a third member to join the group, she applied and got her first job
as a professional singer. After 1960 she joined her brother to form
The Springfields and they had their first record in 1961. 
After joining The Springfields, 
Mary O'Brien changed her name to Dusty Springfield.
Then in 1963 she went solo.
 Riss Chantelle went on to form The Chantelles.
"Down South" was originally released in the UK in 1960.
 "A Heart Divided" with Kenny Colman,  from what I understand
was only released in the US.
