Description
Rare private 45 rpm record by noted 1960's garage rockers THE LEMON DROPS - Rock n Roll Heaven b/w My Lady - Rembrandt Records X 5878 (based in Kapaa, Hawaii); released in 1987. A very scarce record by the band that did a sought-after garage rock 45 in the mid-1960's, also released on this same small label (I Live in the Springtime b/w Listen Girl; Rembrandt 5009, 1967; featured on the first Nuggets comp; sells for 100 to 300), and they did another classic 45 of the same song when they were called Buzzsaw. But this one doesn't come up in any of my searches; it sounds more like 80's rock than 60's garage rock, but it is probably the last chapter/final release of this group, and doesn't seem to exist online.
Condition is NM (glossy, and possibly unplayed before me; clean labels).
