Playing surface both sides is super-clean EX+ ...looks barely played at all; very flat record has faintest lip warp - hardly noticeable, that does not show at all on-edge, and does not affect sound in any way. Plays Loud, Clear and Clean both sides.

LABELS: NM-
Like new actually; no wear, writing, fade or fingerprints. Few tiny white 'speck' dots, obviously in manufacture. Solid, bright, sharp silver print on warm-tone black labels.

This is the band that evolved into The Terrorists a year or so later.

'Is It Late?' was comped on one of the Killed By Death records- it's great, sick and very out of control ...but check out the flip 'Out of My Hands' ...classic Punk/ Power- Pop gem!

LOW price (this very scarce 45 rarely shows up, but when it does it usually sells between $280 to $390+).
I need the money now though so putting it out there for quick sale. If it doesn't sell now, l'll list it sometime later next year at auction, when I can finally get around to my many 45s, when I'll no doubt get much more for it.
