THE MAD "Fried Egg" 3 song 7 inch EP Disgusting Records 1979
Extremely rare original pressing of the "Fried Egg" ep by seminal NYC horror punk band THE MAD. Comes in the original foldout cardboard poster sleeve. The MAD were one of the early bands on the NYC punk scene at Max's Kansas City and CBGB's. They played with THE MISFITS, BAD BRAINS and STIMULATORS and were one of the first bands in NYC to be called Hardcore. Their singer SCREAMING MAD GEORGE (who did all the art for the record) is a famous horrror movie makeup and special effects artist.
