Condition of sleeve: Is really in nice shape for it's age. Light normal shelf wear, wear on bottom edge, but no other issues. No Splits. Gatefold sleeve.

Since most of the items I sell are unplayed, I've decided on the rare LP issues that 'have' been handled and played in my possession, that offering FULL CLIPS of each side is the best way to avoid disappointment on either end.  I think this record looks VG++ in most places, but some people may disagree. There 'are' some audible 'ticks' in a few soft spots (particularly at the start of each side, which is common) but not that many considering the album in nearly an hour long with very small grooves.

SO, I'VE TAKEN THE TIME TO OFFER FULL CLIPS OF THE ENTIRE ALBUM. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING THIS LP, TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THE CLIPS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THEY PLAY MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN ANY VISUAL GRADING. I WANT TO ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR 'PARTIAL REFUNDS' OR 'NOT AS DESCRIBED' OR RETURNS etc.

These clips were made using a (now tragically extinct) SHURE V-15 WITH 3/4 GRAM WEIGHT (The best stylus/cartridge ever made)

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
