Cover is VG- with 4 inch middle bottom seam split and 3 inch top right seam split and writing on the back. Photo is part of the description 

Visually vinyl is a very glossy VG/VG++ with some light hairline marks.

Play graded on a high end cartridge sound is loud and clean with some occasional surface noise on the softer passages.
