Condition vinyl: Strong VG retains a good amount of original gloss; both surfaces show light surface marks (nothing deep or feelable) Condition cover: VG in tact seams; light storage and impression ring; corner and edge wear; NO writing / tears / rips / splits

Comments: Killer early Motown sounds on the transitional yellow label mirroring the design of the true first pressing white label versions. Check my listings for more early Motown/Tamla releases including titles by Mary Wells, Stevie Wonder and the Miracles

Grading: I grade conservatively on a scale of: NM (rarely applied to a used record, must look absolutely pristine), EX (a true top copy worthy of any collection with 1 or 2 truly minor imperfections), VG+ (a minimal amount of marks may be seen under bright light with none deep enough to significantly effect playback), VG (perfectly good playing copy but may show slightly more than minimal marks with 1 or 2 maximum being feelable), VG- (still an eminently listenable record that will show numerous superficial and possibly several more impacting marks), G (will play through but could be a "noisy" listen the result of numerous surface marks of various severities).
