(it's somewhat unclear whether CD and LP together are limited to 5000 copies or each is limited to 5000.)
The record comes in a grey cover with a small silver on black sticker attached to the upper right corner with bandname and "limited edition". The front is blank. The backcover has tracklising and credits.
The LP backcover mistakenly lists the catalogue number as FLOWCD 009. The correct catalogue number can be found on the spine of the cover, as well as on the labels of the record itself.
