Cadiz Music and The Members are Proud to announce the release of an important new collection of music by the band.The Members - Greatest Hits -all the Singles
is a definitive collection of songs from a band celebrating 40 years since their first gig at the legendary Roxy club in 1977.

Throughout their career The Members have scored hits on three different continents, working some of the greatest British producers they have recorded songs that have become anthems. The current incarnation of the Band has toured all over the world and continues to record and release records.
They have recorded for Beggars Banquet, Stiff, Virgin, Island, Genetic, Arista, Cleopatra, Anglocentric and Cadiz Music.
They have been signed by Dave Robinson, Richard Branson, Clive Davis, Martin Rushent and Richard England.
For the first time the Seventies, Eighties and Noughties output of the Band has been collected together with a new Single called “Smartphone Junkie”.
Little Known facts about The Members,
1. “The Sound of the Suburbs” sold 1/4 million records in a few weeks in 1979. 2. ”Offshore Banking Business” helped relaunched the Career of Reggae Trombone Legend Rico Rodriguez MBE
3. “Solitary Confinement” (the Stiff Single) is a Live favourite.
4. ”Working Girl” is their Most Popular Song in the USA
5. ”Radio” was a No1 Hit in Australia and was remixed as Dancefloor hit for Armand Van Helden in 2014 (as Duck Sauce).
6. JC Carroll is an Film Composer who has played accordian on films for Marlon Barando, Johnny Depp Dino Di Laurentis and Julien Temple.
7. The Last Studio Album “One Law” contained contributions from Members of Pink Floyd and The Jam.
8. Legend of the Damned Rat Scabies spent three years as The Members Drummer.
Never before have all The Members significant records been collected together on one compilation. Whilst known mainly for the punk era hits in the UK. The Members had far- reaching hits all over the world. The bands YouTube channel shows excess of 20,000 monthly plays. In the USA they are know for the 80’s MTV smash Working Girl also a huge hit in Australia where another 80s track Radio made the no1 slot.
