ITEM:  It pains me a little to have to let this one go. Many people like to call this the "first hardcore single," although for my money that title goes to Black Flag for "Nervous Breakdown" . . . but I digress.
In the 1990s I worked at a record store. The proprietors of another local record store that had closed in the mid-1980s had a lot of old stock to get rid of that had been collecting dust for 15+ years. The store where I worked acquired it all, and there were some amazing gems in there! This is one of them. At the time I acquired it, this was a NOS (new old stock) UNPLAYED original pressing of the Middle Class' "Out of Vogue" EP. I played it once to put it on cassette and again to put it on CD years later. Otherwise it has been sleeved, boxed, and properly stored. 
This is the infamous Middle Class "Out of Vogue" EP--side A: "Out of Vogue"/"You Belong"; side B: "Situations"/"Insurgence." Original SILVER LABEL issue on Joke Records from 1978!!! Catalog number 09831. I know the starting price is steep, but I feel confident you'll never see one with such nice wax ever again! CONDITION: Sleeve is VG++ with one light bend toward the top that could most likely be flattened out. No writing, no tears, no stains, etc. The wax is gorgeous NM and has only been played twice. Please scroll down to see numerous photos. Any and all flaws visible in photos below.
