Description

HANK BALLARD AND THE MIDNIGHTERS "THEIR GREATEST HITS" VINYL LP FEDERAL 541 (1955) ORIGINAL RARE.
Original issue of this rare album.
Album Cover:   the upper seam is completely taped with clear tape and the lower seam is completely taped with a reddish color tape.   The spine is frayed but not taped.    Otherwise, the cover is in decent condition for an album so old.
Vinyl:   I played the record an a good Audio Technica turntable.     Side 1 had some noise and popping, mostly during Track 2  ("Moonrise"), a ballad.   Otherwise, it played well and sounded good, with no skips or repeats.    Side 2 played well, with no skipping or repeating, and minimal noise.   Overall, I would grade the vinyl VG.
