The cover is in very good +/near mint condition ( there is a a small blemish in the back cover -please check the picture )..
The record is in very good+/near mint condition..
The insert is in very good+/near mint condition ( the insert has a small crease in lower left corner and a punch hole in the upper left corner).
No writings on the cover/insert/labels.
