Description
This is the one and only LP by THE MILLENNIUM featuring Sunshine Pop genius Curt Boettcher, released in 1968 as Columbia Records #CS 9663. This is an original First Pressing on the Columbia 2-Eye 360 Sound label (see pictures). The record itself is still shiny black with little or no visible blemishes. It plays Mint Minus. The cover (which I have kept in a plastic outer sleeve for the last 30+ years) is perfectly intact with no creasemarks. There are some age gray spots notable on the back cover as well as more serious age discoloration along the top and right side of the back cover (see pictures). There is the remnant of a small price sticker under the 'B' in 'Begin' (visible in the first picture) and a small punch hole in the bottom right (see last picture). Overall I would grade the cover VG+, owing to the imperfections listed here. The record still has the ORIGINAL INSERT (pictures 4 & 5) and the record itself is still housed in the clear original plastic inner sleeve that Columbia used during this period (see picture). Overall this is a very nice copy of a very rare record.
