This record is in a strong and solid excellent condition. It has just a few faint spindle marks visible on the labels and there are no pen marks, scuffs or stains anywhere. There is minimal wear around the centres, they are not loose and overall the labels are clean, bright and in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are nice and clean overall with nothing at all nasty showing and just a few minor faint lines really. There are a few more incredibly light wispy lines visible under bright light but not a lot and of course nothing remotely deep or serious. So overall the record is in very nice shape for its age, still has a lovely vivid lustre and shows only minor signs of use on its playing surfaces.
I play tested the record and it played very well and was a very enjoyable listen throughout. It lays flat, there is no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was a trace of surface noise in the run in and also the odd minor splutter in some of the near silent or really mellow parts but nothing extreme at all. Overall it was a really good play test and produced audio of good quality throughout, which in my opinion is a strong and solid grade of EX.
The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has wear and rubbing to the edges(mostly on spine) and corners with the spine strong but no text legible. There are no splits or weak areas anywhere and no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is no major creasing to the laminated front with just the odd minor crease in places. There is however mild ring marks showing and also a small sticker on the rear in the top right corner. There is also some grubbiness to the rear where there is foxing to the white areas. This is not really extreme however and overall the sleeve looks decent for its age and has no serious or really major issues. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It includes a plain white inner which is in excellent- condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but does have some creasing, ring marks and slight discolouring.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
