1980/Canada/Quintessence Records QEP-1204….. here's a gorgeous original pressing of this ultra rare Canadian punk ep. The cover is in solid clean condition with a corner cut top right, there is light shelf wear front and back and some light creasing on the top back, a few small light stains on the back, lightly dinged corners, otherwise the cover looks solid clean with no splits. The vinyl is in M- like new condition! Super clean! The labels are clean with no spindle marks! The custom inner sleeve is clean and has no splits. This is a gorgeous copy of this Ultra rare ep! The Modernettes were formed in 1979, based on the central partnership of John Armstrong, aka Buck Cherry, and Mary Armstrong, aka Mary-Jo Kopechne. John formed the Modernettes soon after Active Dogsplit up in early 1979, drafting drummer John McAdams and Mary to form the“classic” three-piece. They released the landmark Teen City 12-inch EP in 1980 on Quintessence Records, and made a video for lead-off track Barbra.
