Description
THE MODS
A: Ritual
B: Smile You’re On Candid Camera
[Mod Records DC 116, 1965, US]
Vinyl Condition: NM (strict grading, more specific info below). I bought it unplayed a few years ago and I have played it twice (second time when I recorded the sound file). There are a few small bubbles on the labels and the colour is a little bit smudged.
Here is a beautiful copy of the The Mods second 45, released on Mod Records. ”Ritual” is the high light and was first recorded on Revelation VII (105) which is ranked at place 604 among the most rare garage 45’s on G45. The song appears on ”Hang It Out To Dry”. The flip sounds more like a commercial pop song and was actually performed at the famous TV show with the same name.
Listen to a sound file of ”RITUAL”

HAPPY BIDDING!
NM: A perfect copy, like new. Looks great and is more or less unplayed. I do not use this grade very often but if I do you will get a great copy!
VG++ The record will have a few paper sleeve marks or light scuffs that should not affect play. Visually it will have some light marks but will play close to NM with minimal surface noise.
VG+: Vinyl will show some marks and paper scuffs and may have some very light surface noise. This is a very nice copy.
VG: Record will have some noticeable surface noise in parts and more light scuffs and/or scratches. Record may have an occasional light pop or click here and there.
VG-: Vinyl will clearly show more paper scuffs, scratches and wear. You may be able to feel the scrathes with a fingernail. There record will play with some considerable surface noise and pops. The record still plays fine with no skipping.
G: The record will show heavy wear and play with considerable surface noise and pops but without skipping. This would still be a copy that you can put on and enjoy listening to. Good does not mean bad!
