"Complication" b/w "Oh - How To Do Now"
RARE! 1966 Original killer German garage - beat -psych 7", ORIGINAL ISSUE Polydor International 52951 with picture sleeve! This is a monster record, if you aren't aware of it no words can sing it for you... The Monks were an American group, in the US military stationed in Germany, where they were unwittingly pioneers of a massive new beat sound, like the Strangeloves only SERIOUS, gone completely mad. A monster band and a monster single from a monster album. They stayed in Germany after l;eaving the army and were huge on the circuit, but unknown in the US until the ressurgence of garage in the 80's.
Sleeve has NO seam splits, tears or writing. There is the usual record storage impression and minor crinkles here & there, but this RARE sleeve is still very nice, easily VG+ to VG++, and definitely a keeper! The graphics are based on the LP cover.
The 7" HAS the ORIGINAL plastic removable push-out center and is VERY nice. No writing, no labels tears, NEAR MINT.
This is a MONSTER Euro-beat-psych piece not to be missed.
