THIS IS THE FIRST RECORD RELEASED BY THE MONOTONES AND THIS ONE IS ON 78rpm ON THE ORIGINAL CANADIAN REO LABEL # 8235 Songs Are: THE BOOK OF LOVE & YOU NEVER LOVED ME. THIS ONE HAS SOME SHINE AND GLOSS WITH SOME LITE SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES BUT STILL PLAYS LOUD AND STRONG WITH A BIT OF BACKGROUND NOISE IN SPOTS. IT GRADES AS A VG OR BETTER. (Book value shows $75 - $125). These Collectible 78's are getting very hard to find anymore, and the good ones are quickly becoming scarce. This 78 is from the large collection of Rock & Roll and R&B & Jazz 78's that I have in my personal collection, and it would pay to mark this site as one of your favorites as there will be plenty more to come.
