Description
This is an ORIGINAL SEALED copy of The Moody Blues' last truly great album, 1972's "Seventh Sojourn". After this album and the following world tour, the band went on sabbatical, releasing several solo albums by each of the band members, as well as a joint effort between guitarist Justin Hayward and bassist John Lodge, the so close to great "Bluejays" album. The tracks on here include "Lost In A Lost World", "New Horizons", "For My Lady", and "Isn't Life Strange" on Side One, and "You And Me", "The Land Of Make-Believe", "When You're A Free Man", and "I'm Just A Singer (In A Rock and Roll Band)" closing out Side 2. And while this is a SEALED copy with new unplayed vinyl inside, the cover does have some mentionable issues. The corners are poking out of the shrink and are rounded and a bit rough, and around the semi-open corners, there is a bit of discoloration from it's almost 50 years of life (2022 is it's anniversary!). This is NOT a later Polygram version, it is Threshold all the way. The spine has some shink wrap split and a bit of discoloration around it, and there's a remnant of stickers on the front top right. Lastly, the front bottom right corner has a bit of the shrink wrap pulled away and rolling up, so, please see all photos before buying this copy. These always have fairly heavy vinyl, and this is the original gatefold with the original photo / lyric record sleeve inside as far as I can tell. So if you're looking for brand new original vinyl of this classic LP, and you don't mind that the cover is only lower end VG, this is the one. We sell TONS of Moody Blues, and haven't had this album up for awhile sealed, so get it while we've got it, it's not expected to last long.
