Welcome to Memory Lane Records. 

For sale is the authentic original V6-5005 U.S. pressing of FREAK OUT! by THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION on the VERVE label, NOT a reissue.  In April of '67 my friends and I saw The Mothers at the Garrick Theater.  We were 14 and had been listening to the mono version of the Freak Out album six months prior to that. I sold my mono copy and bought the stereo version that you see here.  A few months after the Garrick show the poster store on Bleeker next to the Garrick announced a poster signing with Frank Zappa and The Mothers.  When we arrived there Frank was in the back of the long room with the rest of the band.  None of us could get up the nerve to go back there and ask him to sign our albums.  Jimmy Carl Black was in the front and was much more approachable.  He wasn't "Jimmy Carl Black" at the time and signed the album "Jim Black" .  WOW!

We will ship each additional lp to your U.S.A. home for $1.00.    Shipping to CANADA is $12.99 & 3.99/additional lp, double lp's count as 2.    All other INTERNATIONAL shipping is $20.99 & $4.99/additional lp, double lp's count as 2.  Shipping to ITALY and BRAZIL also requires a $13.99 registration fee if less than five lp's are ordered.
