HELLO! EVERY EBAY SELLER HAS THEIR OWN UNIQUE TERMS OF SALE, SO PLEASE TAKE JUST A MOMENT TO READ THE ENTIRE AUCTION PAGE TEXT AND TO ACCEPT ALL OF OUR AUCTION TERMS BEFORE PLACING A BID TO HELP AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS. REMEMBER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS IN ADVANCE BY PLACING A BID. THANK YOU!

SHIPPING CHARGES & SCHEDULE: The auction winner will pay shipping charges as shown in the eBay shipping calculator below. For your protection, all items shipped through the USPS already include Delivery confirmation. We do allow free local pick-up by appointment only, subject to my availability. Items will be shipped on our very next scheduled weekly shipping day following receipt of your cleared payment. We ship through both the USPS and Fed-Ex (we use Fed-Ex, not UPS) at least once each week, typically on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. That means that your item will ship between one to five business-days after receipt of your cleared payment, depending upon the day of the week that your payment is received. Because of this schedule, we are not able to offer rush next day or expedited shipping, but you may certainly ask to upgrade your shipping to a faster method at additional cost if you need to receive an item quickly.

USPS & FED-EX SHIPPING TIMES: Please understand that we have no control over carrier shipping times. Allow the following shipping times depending upon your distance from CA 92025 and the shipping method that you selected and/or paid for. USPS Media Mail averages 3-10 business-days, but can sometimes take up to four weeks. USPS Parcel Post averages 3-9 business-days, but can take up to three weeks. USPS Priority Mail averages 1-3 business-days, but can take up to one week. USPS First Class Mail averages 1 -5 business days, but can take up to two weeks. Fed-Ex ground averages 1 to 6 business days, but can take a little longer. Please do not give us less than a five star rating because of the sometimes slow USPS shipping.

PAYMENT& SALES TAX: We accept PayPal only, unless you are local and can pay cash upon pick-up in Escondido, CA 92025. State law requires all CA ship-to addresses and local pick-ups to add 8.75% state sales tax to the bid amount. We do NOT sell wholesale so we do NOT waive sales tax for resellers with CA BOE permits. Your PayPal payment is due within three days after the end of the auction. All sales are considered final.

CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We do ship most items internationally. Check the shipping calculator below to see if we ship to your country. Please note the following:

·         Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are to be paid by the buyer.

·         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Sometimes your country's Customs may cause delays.

·         These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

EMAIL NOTICES, QUESTIONS AND FEEDBACK: Please try to email any questions at least 48 hours before the end of auction to allow us time to respond. PayPal will send you a dated confirmation of your payment to us and we will ship your item the very next Friday afternoon or Saturday morning (except Holidays) after receipt of your cleared payment. Please rest assured that we will ship exactly as described in these terms, your acceptance of which is a binding condition of bidding on our auctions. We are always very happy to leave feedback after we see that you have first done so for us, as that is the only way we can know that the transaction is completed to your satisfaction. Thank you very much!

Goldmine Magazine Record Grading Standard

Mint    Perfect, flawless. Legitimate sellers seldom use this grade. When a record is truly
Mint, it deserves (and receives) a large premium over other grades.

M- or NRMT (Mint Minus or Near Mint) – Usually the highest grade. Records from the
1950s & 60s in this condition are truly rare.

VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus) – Beautiful collectible condition. Only the slightest of
wear, certainly no deep scratches.

VG+ (Very Good Plus) - Great condition. Well cared for.

VG (Very Good) – Still good condition, but more wear than VG+.

VG- (Very Good Minus) - Generally not collectible condition, unless it’s a super rare
record. Most dealers avoid records in this shape or below.

G (Good) – Lots of wear, but still playable. The most confusing grade! Good really does
not mean good. It is actually quite poor condition.

WBR (Wrecked But Rare) – Otherwise known as a Starter Copy. Not cracked, but a
starter copy.
