THE NEW LIFE – “Sings the Sidehackers O.S.T.” (1968) Amaret-5004 original WHITE LABEL PROMO pressing Strong VG+/M- (cover/record)
An L.A. studio group from L.A. discovered by Mike Curb and produced by Jerry Styner. This has some cool West Coast sounds, including a couple of killer garage acid psychers, “Ha Lese (Le Di Khanna),” and “I Wanna Cry.” This is a bit of an infamous piece because one of the tracks is inexplicably entitled “Psychedelic Rape.” Great psych exploitation soundtrack that doesn’t turn up often at all.
This is an original pressing. The cover has the slightest hint of wear, a 6-inch seam split at the top from the jacket opening in and a 2-inch seam split in the bottom center seam. The white label promo label vinyl look sunplayed. Conservative grading: Strong VG/M- (cover/record).

I highly recommend postal insurance to protect against any damage that might occur during shipping.
I package all LPs securely in record mailers and remove the vinyl from the covers to prevent seam splits during mailing. I do not just stick your record in a priority mailer box from the post office or between two thin pieces of cardboard with no additional packaging materials like so many others!!!
