“Two Hit Wonders” the Newbeats with a killer album they recorded in 1965. Starting off with the Northern Soul sounding ‘Run Baby Run’ they cover The Beatles ‘Help’, the Stones ‘Satisfaction’ and ‘Little Child’ a very Beatles sounding track!
So…..Larry Henley and brothers Dean and Mark Mathis prove they were much more than two hit wonders!
Sadly, lead singer Larry Henley passed away on December 18 2014. (Did you know he co-composed "Wind Beneath My Wings”…….no, nor did I…!)
