Condition - Very Good 
I have visually looked / play tested the record   The record was played on a Jensen JTA - 230 record player.
 It plays fine - No Issues - Sounds great. 
There are a few light surface scratches and a very light background noise that do not interfere with the listening pleasure
There appears to be a noticeable line (grove) circling the record
Any glare or shadow on the vinyl is from the table lamp
Comes with a Generic Sleeve
 Shipped in a box made for 45 RPM Records
I referenced the Goldmine Grading Guide for grading the Vinyl record.
