We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS: We are happy to hold orders to save on shipping. Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and, if you request, we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.

Beyond rare -- the only one in existence. What we have featured here is a one of a kind garage psych museum piece by the famous 1966 garage band THE OTHER HALF. Direct from the producer of the "Resurrection" label (from 30 years ago!) manufacturer of the earliest reissue pressings of 60's garage 'monsters' ...
This listing includes the following items, mastered by the pressing plant from some 30 years ago:

- TWO (14-inch) ACETATES for sides "A" & "B"
- Front & back negatives used to produce the front & back cover

THE OTHER HALF were a 1966 obscure raw Garage band from Pottstown, Pennsylvania
comprised of members from The Half Tribe ...
The Other Half members were: "Bob Collett" (vocals), "Andrea Inganni" (vocals), "Don Karr" (bass keys on "Farfisa Compact Organ", "Fender Bass"), "John Hawkins" (bass), "Dominick Puccio" (guitar, "Fender Bass"), "Rex Lamb" (fuzz guitar), "Cranleigh Sammis" (drums) ...The Other Half" lasted two years: 1966-1967 producing just one self financed and promoted album in 1966. One of the legendary "garage rock" Lp's from the sixties, and...oh by the way, we'll pay top cash price or trade for an original 'stock' copy, if anyone has a lead?...
The Other Half album was made in the Spring of 1966, recorded on the top floor of the Oasis Hotel in Camden NJ (just across the river from Philadelphia) in a small for-hire recording studio.
"The Other Half" had a solid Northeastern sound and a little more Garage Punk edge than their regional competition ...Their eponymous album ("The Other Half" on 7/2 Records label HS 1-2, 100 copies) included two cool originals and the rest were Rhythm'n'Blues and British Invasion covers performed with a tough edge and in a crude manner, on the rowdy side. (Them's Gloria, "Rolling Stones"' Satisfaction, "Time Is On My Side", "As Tears Go By", "The Outsiders", "Time Won't Let Me", "The Animals" 'Talkin' 'Bout You' ...etc.)
A second album was planned, to be recorded Spring of 1967, but one of the group members was expelled from The Hill School, a prep school where the group was attending, just days before the recording was to take place.
