CONDITION OF THIS IS STILL FACTORY SEALED / NEVER OPENED The Cover is in VG++ condition with just a few small light crease marks & extremely light signs of storage ring wear in a few spots. there are NO CUT OUTS / NO PROMO PUNCHES, etc. there is NO BAR CODE on the back of the cover.
