Description
This auction is for a Near Mint copy of a band called the peoples choice. The People’s Choice were a soul group from Grand Rapids, Michigan who played in the late 60s-early 70s soul circuit on the west side of the state. They recorded this funky gem right after Al Green left to work on his solo career. Wood City Records was one of the small imprints thriving in Grand Rapids at the time. This is the only record that I've come across that was still in the original packing material and shipping box from the pressing plant. This 45 is unplayed and as close to mint as you can get. It hadn't seen the light of day for 40 years. I will ship this anywhere on the planet
