Condition Vinyl: Visually strong VG+/close to EX (few minor hairline scuffs only visible under bright light; plays well overall, mostly "VG++" with one exception). Deep Groove labels. There's one audible scuff on side 1 second song (~ 40 seconds). Please listen to the audio clip. I've recorded the first two songs on side one (including the flaw), and part of song 1, side 2. Visually pretty clean/good overall gloss.
Condition Sleeve: sleeve is EX (front: near perfect; rear: rather minor ringwear as expected from a record that old; a small area that appeared to have had an sticker on it before & a small area of yellowish discoloration; seams intact. However: a few inches in on the top, there are signs of the seams tearing, which could potentially lead to an actual split seam if not handled carefully).
Good copy overall considering it is almost 60 years old, but not perfect.
