THIS 45 IS IN NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH SOME MINOR SURFACE MARKS AND SOME MINOR SURFACE NOISE.

Over the years I have helped to add to the collections of many PINK FLOYD and BEAT collectors and given my experience, I am aware of the titles that are GENUINE RARE ITEMS.
Now of course for those who are"chained"to the record collector price guide books,for whom I am one of the main consultants, the prices are still a SUGGESTION and as we all know ACTUAL prices SOLD can vary.
The sellers on ebay who continually put"listed"or "list price"on everything should be aware of this!!!!
