A real "HOLY GRAIL" for any collector and a "MUST HAVE" for any 1960s/1970s DJ !!! Don't hesitate for any question... The price is high, but it's a really strong rarity !!!
About the band/the tune : Obscure latin-funk peruvian band, no many details about..., but a super+++ cover version of the R. Lewis hit, twisted out of shape, great vocals and a crazy funky groove with terrific percussions...! It's not a lie to tell this record is one of the best of its genre! A huge spin for any real DJ, with tuff basslines, hammond, drums, funky guitar and a jawdropping + a great break, satisfaction guaranteed !!! It's absolutly devastating on a great sound system... Label : RCA Victor 49.689 - 1970 (this announcement first mentionned 1979, sorry, it's was clearly a mistake, this record is the original 1970 french press that you can't find !) - FRANCE
CONDITION OF THIS RECORD :
Picture Sleeve : strong paper sleeve, very clean and in really great condition, just look at the 11 pictures (you can enlarge) to make your own opinion and ask for more !
Vinyl : looks visually really very clean and really shiny, with some very small traces, hairlines, but absolutly nothing suspect at all and it sounds really great (a very few and rare light noises you can hear on extracts, it can't be perfect, it's not a new record, 45 years old!). But just listen to all extracts to make your own opinion. Don't hesitate for any question !!!
