DESCRIPTION
GENERAL: You are bidding on a top copy of a very rare original 1965 UK pressing by THE POETS on the Decca label (F 12074) "THAT'S THE WAY IT'S GOT TO BE" b/w "I'LL CRY WITH THE MOON" 7-inch 45 RPM single with 4-prong push-out centre. In repro period-correct Decca company sleeve . Line-up: George Gallacher - vocals, Hume Paton - lead guitar and vocals, Tony Myles - rhythm guitar, John Dawson - bass, Alan Weir - drums . VINYL: The vinyl is in very nice condition. There are a couple of light surface marks side B, but nothing deep or worrying. Not affecting playback. Both sides retain their original bright sheen.
LABELS: The labels are in beautiful condition, nice and clean, with no writing, stickers or tears. There are a couple of very light spindle trails (see scans).
CENTRE: The 4-prong push-out centre is fully intact. There is no spindle wear. , SOUND: The record plays with a nice strong sound throughout, loud and clear, without hiss, crackle, pops and clicks or anything intrusive to spoil the enjoyment. Definitely no skips or jumps.
