Rude, raw and an amazing production. It was them or the Stones!! We all know who won in the end with the big budget backing them. In another universe THE PRETTY THINGS would have been the biggest band in the world!!
Vinyl: VG. I have played this in full> There are NO jumps, NO clicks and NO sticks!!! Some background noise here and there but not intrusive. It has had moderate play as attested by the the shallow hairlines on each side. The pressing is of great quality, as should be expected for a first press, producing a full deep stereo sound which really exceeds the second and third presses. Unbelievable musicianship and no wonder that this album is so much sought after.
Gatefold Sleeve: G/VG. A nice front laminated sleeve with nothing untoward, no damage etc. But there are a fair few creases and some laminate lift. Please consider the pictures. The spine is fully legible. The rear has some age related yellowing. No stickers, NO writing, NO smudges .... a light crease and indent to the rear, blink and you will miss it, a beautiful glossy sheen to the front and back. Just look at the pictures. Tiny corner "micro" bumps. Notoriously hard to find! NO splits, NO tears. This will do nicely for a reasonable collection filler that still plays really well.
Original inner sleeve, polylined. All intact but yellowed with age.
